    The staff did not bother to call me and inform me that I had left mobile charger in my room no.731..I'm 100% sure that when I checked out I left my mobile charger in room no.731..But the staff didn't admit..I lost my phone charger..And I'm upset..Rt now I'm back home to Surat

    Front desk staff except Sathi and Ayesha were very rough, request manager to teach them basic ethics, others were good, awasome buffet spread, near to railway station, clean rooms and hotel, auto and cabs easily available...

    Excellent stay at the hotel with wonderful breakfast, complimentary sauna, and warmly staff.
    The Gujirati food is delicious and this makes their breakfast so special.
    The gym is a bit small for such a big hotel and this means they have limited gym facilities.

    the breakfast could have been better prepared.the staff was slow and tardy in their response. maybe shortage of staff? cold cuts choice at breakfast was really meagre. tea took so long in coming . had to request them several times in spite of their being hardly any people.the credit card was billed twice and am yet to get it settled with the bank !!!

    Customer service and front desk, they took more than 2 hours to send my bag, I had to come down and request for my bag. They have almost lost my Backup battery, I feel the staff and their service was not as per the expectation.

    For the price there are probably better properties in Ahmedabad. This appears to be a conference hotel which means if you are travelling for leisure avoid. There were some nice staff members but generally speaking the property and rooms are very average. Definitely not 5*.
