This is about the best hotel stay I've ever had.

All in all, it was the staff. Never have I had a better group of people taking care of me. I actually proposed to my girlfriend during my stay there. Trust me, I will never forget my wonderful time in Beijing and equally as wonderful people who made our stay memorable.

This isn't the fault of the hotel or staff but so many people still smoke there. :)

The staff have excellent attitude and the hotel response on enquiry is fast and accurate.

The hotel check-in/ out system fails when I check out. I cannot get a summary on the hotel expense before I leave.
