    Excellent, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
    Beautiful room, good size, very comfortable and a feeling of modern luxury . Staff were all excellent, especially Myrna on reception, who was so friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant breakfast and room service dinner. Spa and good size swimming pool looked lovely, but with a full packed touring schedule we didn't have time to use it.

    Hotel It looks very grand and atmospheric. Clean and glamours. If you like Chinese culture , and want to experience the new lux chinese hotel , you dont want to miss this one.
    Room lights is not bright enough for me, elevator is very dark as well. The stuff are polite, event too polite and too shy!

    Beautiful hotel and exceptional staff. Definitely a 5 star hotel
    Me and my boyfriend were absolutely blown away by the Nuo hotel. The staff were so professional and the hotel was beautiful. I would like to give a huge thank you to Frank who went above and beyond to make our holiday so special. I would recommend anyone visiting beijing to stay at the Nuo hotel, it was definitely the nicest most professional hotel me and my boyfriend have ever stayed in. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and were definitely an added bonus! Thank you again to all the staff and a very special thanks to Frank.
    The food was very expensive however, it was also delicious and the service was amazing service.
