Location adjoining airport. Very nice restaurant in hotel, and the service at the restaurant was great.
Rooms were dated and stained. The shuttle from the hotel to airport in the morning was complete chaos. It was not explained to us that there would be two shuttles going to different terminals. There were signs explaining this outside but there were so many people that the signs were not visible. We got on the wrong shuttle but fortunately the driver announced the destination in time for us to leave and get on the correct shuttle. A couple on our shuttle were not so fortunate and didn't discover they were on the wrong one until we were already at the terminal. DFW is so large this may have caused them to miss their flight. The shuttles were dangerously overcrowded as well.

Terrible service. So turned off, I won't do business with any Hyatt again.
Relatively close to the airport, although it's not connected to the airport despite what the name or description might suggest. You'll have to exit the airport, navigating through a parking garage and up and down stairs to get there or take a shuttle.
I received a text message in the afternoon of the day of my reservation, right before I was getting onto a flight to Dallas, informing me that there was an issue with the water and they were shutting down the water between 9pm to 5am the next morning for emergency maintenance. Because of my flight, I wouldn't have been able to check-in until after 9pm, rendering my stay there useless without water. Traveling with a baby and a toddler, in addition to grandparents (I had two rooms booked), having no water was simply not an option. I asked if they could transfer my reservation to their sister hotel across the way and allow me to pay the difference, but they refused and made it sound like they were doing me a favor by refunding my booking. Only they didn't. They refunded less than half. Emergencies happen but I'm extremely disappointed with their response and unwillingness to accommodate their guests. I won't be staying at a Hyatt property again.

Robbed!
Breakfast was good but my room came with breakfast and I was charged for it anywas. Hotel has been reluctant to correct their error afterwards.
I don't like paying for breakfast if the room rate already comes with breakfast.

It served its purpose for 1 night. If we stayed longer I probably would have gone to another hotel.
Staff was nice. Hotel was close to the airport.
Advertised as having multiple restaurants, was really a sushi bar and 1 restaurant with a very limited menu. Food wasnt very good.

Unfortunately the water was out on arrival. The rooms were average but the reception staff tried their best in the circumstances. Didnt find a courtesy bus so hiked and the access was terrible.
