Convenient but poor use of facilities available.

Online booking went smoothly. Room was ready early.

Have plenty of parking available in a secure parking garage attached to the facility, but charge additional $42/night to park there. The front t desk clerk actually recommended that we park in the open unsecured public pay for parking lot across the street for $22/day instead. For the price of the room and the location in the middle of Downtown Dallas, parking in the garage attached to the facility should be included in the cost of the stay.

Clean place, great location, good food, overbooks rooms

Location is great, place is clean, and breakfast is good. Staff is amazing and helpful!

I booked and paid for king bed suite, but someone overwrote my booking to a queen bed room because they overbooked suites and decided to move us without letting us know. The person who checked us in was great and fixed everything in a very short time. Other minor thing - barn doors used for bathrooms, theyre squeaky and cant close well.
