Great location near Dallas Love Field airport

The location was excellent for quick and easy transportation to and from Dallas Love Field airport. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was extremely clean and surprisingly spacious, and the bed was very comfortable with varying types of pillows to accommodate different types of sleepers.

The air conditioner was not working very well and did not keep the room as cool as I would've liked. The TV worked ok for a little bit, but the remote was almost dead and stopped working, and the sound on the TV stopped working after about an hour.

The facility.

The night staff, the lack of knowledge, and unprofessional customer service that led to all of our problems. 1) arrived at 11pm, have us a room that was occupied. Thankfully no one was in the room. Beer everywhere, unmade bed and toothbrush on bath counter. 2) when going back down to exchange the room, we explained what we saw, and we got asked, did you stay in it? I said no, we just got here and the other guy gave us the room. We felt like he accused. They couldnt give us the same room (suite), so they gave us a lesser room and a discount for the mix up. 3) we got our room and the next morning I asked for an extended time to check out, 1ish), the guy on the phone said, "Sure:. I got a text during my busyness meeting that my disabled husband and his ESA with all our stuff needs to be out at 1. I had to leave my meeting to get them out. THAT WAS NOT GOOD! 4) I get there and speak to the manager and she said she would give me a discount, and proceeded to tell me the same price they told to me last night. So the first discount didn't even get applied. 5) I leave the front desk to get my them out of the room at 1pm to find out that they have already kicked him out and I had to track him down. 6) The tub was smugged and dirty If you need more information, PLEASE reach out.

Location, few minutes from downtown Pretty nice interior with airplane styles pictures and lights led light in bath is pretty good, despite other issues in bathroom price/quality pretty okay, but hotel may fix those issue to be better Nice to have windows opened, that's pretty nice, most of hotels rooms not allow to open windows to get fresh air inside

shower took long time to get hot water... shower pipe I'm the top was broken, so part of water flow came into curtains AC very old and very loud AC doesn't have proper temperature calibration, when we set 74 as we usually do we felt like in sauna.. so 68 in hotel room okay for us chair was shifted to the right side and it was dangerous to sit on it Backdoor not used hotel room keys, so basically anyone could come in inside.. Not enough light on the room

Great stay, great value!

Breakfast was plentiful, room size was larger than expected and very clean. When their shuttle service to the airport was unavailable, the hotel paid for an Uber to the airport.

Negligent staffing and overpriced. Complete lies

Decent breakfast (if kept warm), clean rooms.

I reserved a king suite, that not what I got. They charged me $615 for two days with two regular rooms. My friend who came too got a king suite for half the price that I paid. I needed 2 extra blankets for the kids, they didnt have any. We had to purchase some at Walmart. They told my friend that the pool/jacuzzi was broke. Didnt tell me anything, or what time breakfast was. They gave me one room key card, so I thought it adjoined the other room. It didnt. I had to go back down to the lobby and tell them I reserved a second room. Then they found my reservation. They said theyd try to get me and the kids on the same floor. The kids were on the 4th floor Al the way down the hall in 408, I was in 422. The couch that was advertised was a chair that pulled out. Decent breakfast if they can keep the food warm. The sausage was cold at 7:30am.
