Im always like you guys until this time , cause my last stay was terrible cause 2 times the room they give to me was durti and I almost to cancel one of my rooms but I dicide one more time. And finally I get one clean one. So Im thinking to my next travel about it.

They Don have comunication between housekeeping and desk person about rooms . Thats why I gave this experience with you guys.

Overpriced

The young man that helped was the sweetest. Very friendly and made me feel welcomed.

Didnt like how I paid 300 for the pool was out for maintenance. Didnt like how my room smelled like cigarettes. Didnt like that my room was not completely cleaned from last use.

Breakfast was good, maybe more variety and the restroom got backed up it did take awhile for the maintenance to get there had to call 3 times. Still hotel was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect.Thank you

Disappointing

Price was great but hotel needs improvements and staff needs to check on linens more frequently.

Amenities and big room for traveling family

The pool area was not mopped our entire stay along with towels never being available. Multiple times we had to ask housekeeping to deliver while we were out. Room was clean but could have been cleaner. Lobby area was always dark had to ask to watch tv.

The staff was not very welcoming. The place is not very clean. I had to kill two cockroaches inside the room, one very large one and one very tiny. Im completely grossed out will never ever stay there again. Should get a refund!
