Very restful and quiet stay even though hotel is by a main road.

Location was great, shopping within walking distance. Check-in was quick and efficient, room was surprisingly spacious with comfortable beds. Paid for breakfast buffet once and lots of variety to choose from.

pleasant stay, will visit again in the near future.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with supermarkets, fish markets, fruit markets, and other amenities nearby. It is close to the airport and easy to book a Grab. The hotel is relatively clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with elderly people who like to drink tea, and the staff noticed our needs and left a few extra bottles of drinking water for us every day. We are very grateful.

The only drawback is that we had booked a sea view room and a city view room, but when we checked in, we were informed that there were no sea view rooms available. We were assigned two city view rooms instead. The front desk staff kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast for one day to compensate for the price difference. We hope that if the hotel takes note of the guests' preferences, they should reserve the corresponding room types.

Will defiantly stay again if in the area.

Property was close to what I was after. Very clean and staff were very helpful. The restaurant on the ground floor was amazing and highly recommended either the buffet or ordered meals either for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ordering drinks did take awhile but were very refreshing when arrived.

In a very centre and convenient location, access to all points of interest. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Gym, sauna, pool all the facilities (you name it).were first class

Location was near with the city, market and Plaza merdeka which is just a walking distance. Food wise is not a problem, can find decent restaurant nearby. Laundry machines are also just nearby the hotel.

Hyatt Regency Hotel is an old hotel, carpet along the aisle of our room smell of cigarette and looks dirty. The hotel needs to replace those carpet.
