The property grounds were clean and well maintained. Staff are respectful, great selection of food on the breakfast buffet.
The fixture and fittings inside the room itself that we stayed in was showing signs of age and could do with a bit more attention. Also the cleaning of the room especially the glass shelves at a height were not cleaned for the duration of the 3 days we stayed on.

Good property, well maintained
, poor training of staff, inadequate courtesy/gestures. Did not feel like I was in a star rated property in the initial few hours. Mosquitoes in the waiting area. Breakfast spread not upto the mark, compared to other properties that charge similar fees, the breakfast spread could be so much better.

The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Special thanks to Lipika, utkarsh, Sahara, souvik. Always ready to assist and provide solutions. Took care of the family like their own.
The air conditioning in the room was faulty. The staff were kind enough to provide standing fans. However, the room was too warm. We couldn't change room because it was inconvenient for my grandmother. This should be checked earlier.
The food at waterside cafe was not up to the mark as compared to last year. The quality has deteriorated.
