    Facilities are clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool and gym area is very nice. Good food service and breakfast.
    Quite expensive for similar options with same value. Probably was due to the F1 race.

    The hotel is located in one of the best areas in Mexico City and was walking proximity to some of the best shops and restaurants in Polanco! Rooms were also super clean and staff very helpful!

    Excellent location in upmarket polanco, with good restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute walk. Large rooms, comfortable bed and spacious well designed bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was large and delicious. The Japanese restaurant Yoshimi was fantastic- we had a great dinner there one night.
    Housekeeping missed cleaning our room a couple of times though we were out all day.

    Fantastic view, terrible bed
    Absolutely amazing view! The room was very modern and spacious with noiseless AC. If you are hungry, the restaurant offers decent food options, but on the other hand its in relatively safe neighborhood, so you can have a nice walk and pay a visit to many great restaurants in the area.
    The bed was just terrible - way too soft for comfortable sleep and we woke up with a pain in our backs. Its a common issue in Mexico, but I would expect that a hotel like Hyatt offers same standard as in its other properties around the World.
