Location is good.

Brace yourself for huge bar prices. $18 AUD for one small red wine. Into NZD it becomes to expensive to even consider using the hotel bars. Room nothing like the one pictured when booking.

Great location, friendly staffs, excellent facilities, the best a traveler with family want :)

Fantastic location bang on the heart of the city with all its attractions either within walking distance or a few minutes ride from a nearby train/tram station. The room was specious with a comfortable bed. All one expects in a relaxing pleasure trip with family. To add to the value the morning breakfast was superb. Staffs are very efficient and incredibly polite. We really had a great experience. Very strongly recommended.

The quality of the coffee served in the breakfast as well as those given in the room may be improved upon. Perhaps providing a Nesspreso machine which is becoming standard all over the world will definitely be appreciated by travelers who are also coffee lovers :) ... as such there is really no complaint from us.
