Sought an early Check in via booking (and appreciate subject to availability and when I rang at 9.30am was advised room available. I arrived at approx 10.00am to 10.15am and was told they would contact me. Did all the check in functions and then waited in the lobby for 60-90 min before being advised room available.

It was opulent and beautiful. The view of the harbour bridge on one side and the opera house on the other was breathtaking. The beds were the most comfortable Ive ever stayed in.
The toiletries werent very nice and we had a blinking light in the bathroom that was annoying

Not worth it.
Just the bed and the view.
Took us 40mins to check-in in our room, that is with follow ups. If we didnt followed up, it will take us 1 hour. No complimentary water/juice whatsoever. The reception facility doesnt look like a five star hotel. Nothing will amaze you.

Location was brilliant. It is a 5 minute walk down to the harbour bridge and opera house. You are also less than a 2 minute walk to The Rocks, where there are brilliant bars and restaurants. Room was spacious and the beds were VERY comfy. All in all, a perfect stay!

The location and facilities were excellent.
Breakfast was delicious, the service excellent and the views amazing!
We had to ask 3 times for a pre-booked roll-away bed to be provided.
While the breakfast was great, it was expensive... I guess you pay for the view!
A small thing, but there was no toilet brush in the bathroom.
