A great and serene stay in Yogyakarta.
The entrance was bliss, i love how they keep the garden and trees. The staff are very great and very welcoming. The hotel although outdated, are very comfy and very clean. Eventhough the housekeeper sometimes forgot to put enough bottled water or missin here and there, but overall the stay was very good.
The pool was great, the food was good too. And the fish pond, my 6 yrs old daughter love to feed the fish in the pond. A lot of activities for families and kids too.
They're doing some renovation, so it might be a little bit noisy in the afternoon. But its manageable. And besides, you will exploring the city in the afternoon. Plus, we cannot wait for the new suites to be finished. Definitely will be back after they finished some renovation.

A wonderful hotel experience
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We absolutely loved it. The staff were very kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The interconnected swimming pools in the garden were brilliant as were the surroundings. The grounds and gardens of this hotel are fabulous and include lots of interesting trees and plants. In fact, it was a pleasure to walk around. Our room was a little small but very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the sunshine. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. I would not hesitate to go to this hotel again and wouldn't even bother to check out alternatives in Yogyakarta.
