I loved the rooms and facilities, very new, clean, spacious and cozy. The staff was very friendly while profesional. And the food was outstanding and delicious. Special thanks to the Chef Pedro, who made pur stay so memorable.

Disappointing. Not a 5* experience. Too expensive for what was offered.
It didn't feel at all like a 5* hotel. We can compare it to the 5* hotel nearby which we experienced last summer and found excellent, simply flawless.
Noisy work of the pool staff at the pool while breakfast time. They did't stop when asked.
Stale and smelly dorada served at dinner and the feedback of the restaurant superior was that it was because of the extra pepper requested. They took it and never came back with another one or an apology.
Few fresh vegetables at breakfast. Tomatoes were tasteless. No cucumbers.
The pool area and facilities did't meet the 5* expectations.
During rainy morning no alternative was organised on the roof top pool. The area there was deserted, went to check, nobody was around to give any info.
Room maids entered room even if sign was not to disturb.
A survey regarding our entire hotel stay experience including dinner and food in general at the hotel was asked from us on our first evening, before our very first dinner in the hotel. Useless. Unprofessional.

Despite being full, the place was spacious and quiet when around the pool - so relaxing
Facilities were excellent and staff always smiling
Very minor, but we had two rooms on different floors and were unable to go each room as keys restricted access to floors when in lift.

The hotel smelt lovely, all the staff were very helpful and friendly.
We were told to use the app, multiple times.
Ordered room service on the app and half an hour later we got a call to say we should have called them first. So we ended up cancelling the room service as it would have been an hours wait.

Excellent way to relax for a few days!
The staff and facilities within the resort are excellent. We spent the majority of four days at the resort without really having to leave, with plenty to do to keep us entertained and relaxed. Drinks provided on arrival (perhaps only those on all inclusive), an excellent check in overview and maps. Food and drinks were all very good, plenty of selection and good variety throughout our stay. Rooftop bar has a fantastic view, great spot to watch the sunset. The spa and massage is fantastic and they had a bonus massage provided free of charge when we booked one.
There wasnt much that could be improved. An iron and ironing board was not in the room but when requested was provided free of charge, would be better to have by default. The food on the room service is not included in all inclusive which is a bit misleading.

Disaster, not recomended
Breakfast was alright good options, the staff at the breakfast and the chef were very helpful and super friendly. The room was clean, location was good and near to the beach and other facilities such as small supermarkets and pharmacies.
The day we arrived at the hotel, the reception was packed with people as they had a party at the roof, the check in wasn't pleasant and it took them a while to get our keys and the lobby was very busy. That party night, we felt that the DJ was in our room as it was so loud so we couldn't really sleep properly.
The next night the music was loud again, and we found out that this hotel is the best for people who want to party every day, so we really struggled with getting good nights sleep for the rest of the stay a that noisy lousy hotel.
They turn on the music very loud every night till late, so if your are looking for a quite night this is not your hotel.
