    location was good, easy to walk to union street. Room was very good, clean and bed was comfortable and made up each day. I chose not to have breakfast as lots of nice places around.
    a few undesirable hanging around outside hotel in the evenings but didn't feel too threatened

    Another New Year, same great hotel!
    Staff here are really friendly and helpful. The overall value at the hotel is great too. Weve stayed before and we will again, when we are visiting family.
    Hotel is located very near to the citys no car zone. However info on where fees apply is absolutely not clear (its a big issue also between Aberdeen residents and the council, who they accuse of being unclear and opportunistic). Take caution - chances are your satnav wont even find a way to avoid the traps in place to make money.

    Not up to cleanliness standard.
    When we first arrived into our room there was someones dirty socks on the floor so couldnt of been cleaned proper,the cleaners werent in once for our 3 day stay to take away dirty towels etc or replace toilet paper which I had to get from reception instead,the shower and bathroom facilitys had dirt and mould all round them,same with the walls,the toilet paper was like sand paper to use,and came out in rashes because of the bedding

    Second time staying here, its great! We love it here. And we love that its dog friendly too so we can bring our dogs with us

    Really good overall and have used several times before and will continue to do so.
    Great location for our venues.
    Disappointed breakfast had been packed away before we arrived. I understand why but this wasnt great. They did offer to cook fur us but I like the idea of the buffet and choosing what you want when you want. Wed have felt rushed and I wanted a leisurely breakfast.

    Good, but not great.
    Friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect. Decent shower.
    The bed was too hard for my liking and the pillow was flat. The room was very small but it wasn't expensive so you get what you pay for, I guess.

    The room was clean and had a nice view. The staff were lovely. Bathroom was clean as well and there was complimentary tea and coffee in the room which was nice and a hair dryer which came in handy
    The room had only one socket which was very weird and uncomfortable considering I stayed in a double room meant for two people and there were no extensions
