    I had travelled from Worthing to spend my birthday weekend here the room was better than I expected it was very spacious
    The staff were so kind and the room was amazing

    Loved how laid back it was for breakfast mot having to set alarms do you don't miss out as it's between 6 and 12 Shower also to die for you don't want to leave

    The property is dated & in need of a refurb, especially the carpet
    The carpets are aged & damaged. Its a shame when the reception & bar area suggests a modern & clean feel to the hotel

    An OK stay, probably not again.
    Good reception area, staff pleasant.
    Room was grubby and tired. Stains on the carpet, dirty coffee cups and kettle had burnt substance in (reception did change when asked for a clean kettle)
