    Great staff, very friendly. Everybody from the cleaning staff to front desk very helpful. Great central location with easy access to city
    The bed wasn't very comfortable. Thin mattress and 3 pillows for 2 people which were poor quality.

    Staff were nice, room wasn't the cleanest especially for charging 90 per night
    Should not advertise thay they have parking when the hotel doesn't have parking, there is a multi storey car park close by but has height restrictions and will cost you 20 to stay 24 hours

    Room and communal areas were clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location to explore central Bristol.
    Nothing that I didn't like. It took me a little time to locate the hotel when coming up from the car park, but that is more my poor directional skills than any fault of the hotel

    So easy to walk to central bristol, near Clifton and 2 mins walk away from all the buses.
    Next to a string of bars which get loud at night. We didnt realise this and it was a bit noisier than we expected
