    Bad
Uncomfortable beds, useless and unfriendly staff and unreliable facilities
    The location
The beds were so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on concrete and when I told the staff at the desk they laughed at me which I found extremely rude. They gave me another cover but that didnt change a thing. It was so uncomfortable I slept on the floor instead because the bed gave me terrible back pains which pretty much ruined my whole stay over Christmas. The coffee machines were always broken and its a shame that the hotel is non refundable because I was meant to stay for a week and a half but I left that hotel after 5 days it was so unbearable.

Rooms are terribly designed, no storage as such, horrible bathroom pods, no shelves. Room looks like a child's playroom, crap storage/cupboards useless really. Light cords!...not good for kids , great if your suicidal!

    Fantastic!
I was very kindly given an early check in having popped in to drop my bags early which was immensely appreciated. Facilities were fantastic and the breakfast was absolutely superb!
Lifts were a little temperamental and were not working from floor 6 unfortunately.

Brilliant Value for money in a great location
Budget hotel with everything you need, great value, clean and short walk over to Sauchiehall St, Bath street etc. parking was convenient and at 8 for the entire day have plenty of wiggle room the next day for some shopping.
