    There were a lot of convenient reasons to choose and reserve this hotel. But our expectations were not justified. The ventilation and heating system in the room did not work. Unfortunately we found out about it after one night stay. It was very cold that night. But on the second night, we requested the reception to give us an alternative heating device. And we were satisfied. At least the next 2 nights were tolerable.
    I think that you should take care of the cleanliness better! Dust, towels...please, pay attention

    The location is at the centre and just 5 min. walk away distance from the famous street Buchanan. The room was clean and warm. The staff was friendly. It is cheap and preferable.
    There was no fridge freezer and no slippers in the room. Also, no internet connection on TV.

    A lovely location in a futuristic hotel that is easy on your budget and legs.
    The receptionist we met on arrival was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was able to help with things like car parking and allowed us to check in early when wed stopped in to leave our luggage. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Glasgow and is really close to the Main Street, bus station, mall, cinema complex and more in the heart of the cbd. The nearby car parking was cheap at 8 pounds a day (this was the price after a 50% discount was applied by staying at this hotel). The room had some quirky features, such as multicoloured lighting, pop out tables and more.
    There was only one lift working, and as we were leaving, the lift arrived at our floor but was full with cleaners and a trolley so there was no way we could get in. It had already taken ages, so we opted to take the stairs. As we went down, the lift at stopped at a floor near the bottom and was being kept open by a cleaning bucket while the cleaners mopped the floor on that level. This meant that the lift couldnt be used by guests for this time, and considering we were waiting with large bags and couldnt get in prior, I thought this was incredibly rude of the staff and was the only let down wed had during our stay here.

    Very loud and not amended breakfast included
    Shopping was walking distance.
    There was no heating for 2 days of stay. The hall way was noisy and people slamming the doors. Also I booked with breakfast which the hotel has not ammended there side. Had to call booking.com
