Superb

They have comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and an accommodating staff. It's perfect if you're only using the hotel to sleep through the night.

There's little variety in their food menu because they have a small restaurant but it's delicious.

We had an excellent stay at Ibis,the ambience of the hotel was beautifully done, the food was delicious and the reception staff Anisha & Shourya was really helpful, the rooms were very hygiene, definitely to visit again next time

Reasonable with unwanted complications. Staff need to be better trained.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The room was a reasonable size with a good view of the city. The rooftop pool was good.

The staff were a little abrasive when we arrived. I had to warn them about putting all my card details on their computer, I complained to their manager about this. My laundry was mixed up, when I pointed out one of the shirts was not mine, they said I could keep it, and my shirt would be kept by someone else. Not good, they found my shirt that evening.

Staff never took my requests seriously. The bathroom was clogged, I asked for them to repair, they didnt. I asked for some discount, they didnt. I didnt take a shower one day because the water was clogging in the shower.
