    Very good experience. Would recommend.
    Food was good. Room was quite clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful!
    Some of the amenities are a bit dated for eg fixtures in the bathroom.

    Good location, but not 100% satisfied with quality
    It was in a good location and it was clean. The breakfast was extra paid, which was a surprise. The staff was nice but a bit slow.
    The water in the shower was boiling hot. We asked someone for help and they took very long time to come and check on it. After about hour they said they fixed it, but we were leaving that day so I am not even sure if that was true.

    Staff were extremely rude particularly when we tried to pick up our luggage they wouldn't give us our bags despite the employee who had taken our bags for storage being present. An guy claimed to be an owner was extremely rude. No hot water and shower not usuable without staff assistance. Don't use their taxi or tuk tuk - overpriced and better to use uber. Location hard to find and near a very busy road which is a nightmare in traffic. Would not stay here again - no understanding of customer service and would not recommend to any foreign tourists. There are better hotels with better value for money.

    Disappointed - sunglasses got stolen
    They made khichdi and puva for my boys on request. The staff at the gate are super lovely.
    Staff were very rude and unwelcoming except the staff that met us at the entrance. Unfortunately on departure, the gentleman who helped us down with the luggage stole my sunglasses from my bag. He took out the sunglasses from the case and left the case in my bag. The staff on check in are not friendly at all. The bedding was dirty and the beds are super uncomfortable.

    Quality place with delicious food in the heat of Jaipur
    This is a family hotel with very clean and nice rooms, VERY good food (I recommend lemon soup and Missi Rotti bread (delivious). Fantastic restaurant on the roof with cultural dance and music program. Previous night I spend in Hilton in New Delhi with twice the price and Laxmi Palace is much better quality and experience
    Bed was a bit too soft. Also on the roof staff was burning plastic bags to start a fire in a grill which is a bad idea.
