Stayed for a week with my husband and a 3 year old and we had a lovely, relaxing break. Hotel was very quiet, so we had the pool to ourselves most of our time and there was no need to queue for food. Winter concept means less facilities than in summer but not a problem for us as you pay less in winter and therefore the price reflects the services. Kids club, beach, spa, gym and small splash park still open. We had a few days of rain and were able to make good use of the indoor pool.
Booked in a couple of great massages (worth haggling for a good deal). Room and bathroom very clean - minibar restocked daily and rooms cleaned/towels refreshed without issue.
Staff in the restaurant were extremely welcoming and attentive. Would like to pass on special thanks to Sukran who took great care of us and our little one. It really made all the difference and we are so appreciative of her hard work.
Late checkout available by the hour (depending on hotel availability) which was very useful as we had evening flight and normal checkout is 12pm.
This is a great break if you want a change of pace, to relax and take it easy - very child friendly. Suited us just fine and can see us coming back.
