On the positive side, the hotel's location was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore the city.

However, there were a couple of issues that affected my stay. Firstly, the air conditioning in my room was quite noisy. It was a bit bothersome and made it harder for me to relax or focus. Secondly, the internet didn't work during my stay, despite being promised that the problem would be resolved and that I would be kept informed. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially since I needed a reliable internet connection for work purposes.

nothing good to like. poor attitude from staff and for the quality of the hotel and the amount paid and and treated was not professional or met expectations.

The hotel staff tired to charge me more for when all was paid. Charged me $285 for room deposit still havent received the deposit.

Overall the room was good. The cleaning was at a good standard and everything was functional. The rooftop was nice.

The staff at the reception did not accommodate an early checking(11 30).However an early check in would have been possible against a cost, which indicates that there was availability. Money will be subtracted from your deposit if it is determined that there is some stain on the linen prior to your departure.The room will be checked between checking out and your actual departure from the propriety so extra time for travel to the airport is required. Staff at the spa refused to provide one of the services in their catalogue due to the duration being under one hour. The available airport transfer from the airport to the hotel had a price of 10 times the cost of the Grab car.

Very loud - we were on 17th floor and couldn't sleep from all the noise from traffic throughout night. Walls were paper thin and could hear everything in our neighbours rooms and on corridors.

Only nice thing to say is the room was clean.

The room was clean.

The pool was really dirty, the music was blaring, and the traffic really took away from 5 minutes of any peace. As you sat there you smell food and cigarette smoke. It was really unpleasant. We had to call maintenance twice..air conditioning wasnt working and then we were unable to turn off one particular light off in the room. The check-in and check-out process was unbearable. The whole lobby is just filled with guests waiting to check-in/out. And there were so many employees, but they must be writing a dissertation because it took forever. This was definitely not worth the cost.
