The bathtub couldn't drain. They fixed it for the first night, but it got stuck again! Super late check-in cause they wanted to give us separate beds initially. Super unorganised staff during check-in.
Bad cleaning service! Compared to our other hotels in our stay in Bali, this hotel won't value money at all. They also seem short staff around the pool area. The furniture is also worn out. 800 aud for two nights is a lot of money, which you can spend better than this hotel! NOT RECOMMENDED!

location & breakfast very good but not worth the price due to the dirty beach you would not want your dog to swim in.
Dirty beach , multitude of plastic & filth , no double beds despite confirmed reservation, broken safe deposit box , stains on sheets . A hotel that is in need of serious upgrades.

Overall an amazing resort.
Friendly staff, good facilities, good location
Service for food and drinks at the pool was really slow. Breakfast options really did not change so after few days it was bit boring to eat

Always enjoy the location and hotel. Some instances I find the staff are not trusting of customers as they are always pushing payment or standing around waiting for payment if we have gone off for a swim and placed an order beforehand.
Unfortunately the main pool was not very clean debris and colour of water suggested it needed attention.

The pool was a little dirty.
I slipped on the step and went down big time, luckily I didnt crack my head open as I went down - my shoulder saved me!
So many staff around to take drink orders, maybe one or two could have cleaned the pool of the slippery green algae
