Sound isolation in the building is not tight. You can easily hear the sounds coming from the cars horns in the street while you stay in the 11th floor; as well as sounds from the corridor.. literally!

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Management lack of caring for customers. Their General Manager did not care about customers or any issues related to customer service or satisfaction. We had issues with one of the facility that is part of the hotel property where the workers in this facility were ripping off my daugher with very high unreasonable price the next day for hair care and they lied to her about pricing. When we complained to the GM, he showed absolutely no compassion for customers.

Will never stay in this hotel.
The staff members were very corporate, especially the recipient Miss. Mayar Mohammad, as she was very helpful and provided good support for me.
The room furniture was very old. Toilet was below standards. There are no amenities at all like dental or shaving kits. These small items cost nothing but very useful if provided.
