Disappointing
Very very disappointed! Way too expensive for the quality and treatment.
The pool looked lovely
The corridor and my room smelt of urine.
Was working long hours, they were phoning me when I was asleep to ask me to pay the bill
My friend both showers didnt work
Felt like they always thought I was trying to not pay. Despite their machine not working and trying 4 times. They insisted on cash and wouldnt accept notes with a tiny mark .
Overall not a good stay and definitely not worth the money.
So many more things went wrong that I dont even have time to tell you about
I did complain and was given some bonvoy points. But really not good enough.
