Netflix and Disney channel connections / apps on the hotel room tv would be useful for those evenings the kids would like to stay in the room.

Not worth it at all
Beautiful location, rooms are maintained well
-you can hear every single sound your neighbors make ( steps, flushing, showering, talking)
-the staff seems flooded with work since the hotel is like a factory. Due to that they are not as kind as most hotels in the rest of Vietnam
-sadly the breakfast was not included ( Im used to it being included )
-extremely overpriced! Especially the French restaurant. The price is unacceptable given the taste of the food.
-we had to wait an hour at the reception because we were told that we booked last minute ( we booked more than 24hours before our arrival)
