Would probably try a different hotel if I go back to Dublin

Location was okay, about 10 minutes drive to the city center. Hotel is very beautiful and decors are impressive during the holiday season.

Hotel itself is a bit old, Facilities and services are below expectations. Valet parking only and that always adds unnecessary waiting time. Bathroom lacks basic toiletries like dental kit, and room doesnt have plates and cutlery.

Nice but it could improve

The Hotel is very beautiful specially with Christmas decorations. Staff are nice specially in reception and concierge.

We had dinner in the restaurant that was very crowded. It took them more than 1 hour to serve us the main dishes, specially this was very unpleasant to our children as we explained. The head of waiters apologized to us and offer us a discount. We never got the disccount, we paid the full dinner so he had no word. Beds have spring matresses that are very uncomfortable.

Very good

Unfortunately the service was the worst not the level of this price and stars.

room size, breakfast and staff at the breakfast restaurant.

Service at the bar and restaurant there very poor, late not precise asked water and bread twice and never arrived when we provided feedback to the waiter he answered us he was too busy to give the feedback to his manager for paying a stay more than 600Euros a night I would expect a completely different service!

Spacious family room for 4. Breakfast very nice. Omelette chef was great. Many very friendly members of staff. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Jacqueline and front desk staff all outstanding.

Location: not within easy walking distance of town and not much around to do. Restricted kids hours for use of pool were enforced strictly even when pool was totally empty. Were not brought to our attention when booking trip through Booking.com. Roomsafe did not work upon arrival and was replaced on second day of stay. The manager was least friendly person around.
