The stay was comfortable, luxurious, refreshing and simply the best.
The shower was amazing. The room was so quiet despite being in the centre of the city. The buffet breakfast was incredible in choice and quality. The staff were so friendly. The bed was very comfortable.
I can't say there was anything that I didn't like so I can't say anything that i didn't like.

Lovely.
The hotel is beautiful, well presented, clean with comfortable bedding.
Unfortunately our TV did not work and was not fixed during our overnight stay. And whilst we arranged a late check out at 2 p.m to ensure a good sleepnin aftee NYE celebrations., we received phone calls at before midday which woke us up.

Not a very pleasant stay. We were glad we only booked one night here.
The location of the hotel was very close to the southern cross station, it was very convinient to catch the train or airport shuttle bus. The toiletry products at the hotel were very good quality and loved the fragrance.
When we came back to the room around 4:30pm in the afternoon, the room was not serviced - both bins were full, the towels we left on the floor for replacement were still there without any replacement, the toilet was dirty, and we didnt ask for change of beddings, but the bed was not made. On top of everything, when I called them to ask for the replacement of towels, they didnt send it for one hour until my husband had to make another call. Not to mention, there was coffee stein on the table upon our arrival, and blue dots on the towel.

The facilities need a bit of maintenance. The room was very hot and lacked fresh air at night so we had difficulty sleeping.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and amenities
club lounge was amazing. great spot to sit and relax. all the staff were amazing especially the concierges. The room was beautiful and spacious.
the housekeeping couldnt get the crockery and glassware replacement right, but they gave us many glasses and cups so it worked out ok in the end

Staff very friendly, Hotel very central & clean, breakfast was excellent
The bar staff served us 2 beer drinks on draft then ran out of beer. We asked the manager what was the problem we were told they had no keys to the cellar to change the beer keg, this was 5pm in the evening . We booked a meal in the restaurant for that evening. When we sat down we should have know there could be a problem here as there was only 2 other people in the restaurant. The food wasn't great & none of us finished our meal. When we complained to the manager she said she would speak with the chef
