    The room air condition is too old , vey vey noise and can not be very cool , and due to too many mosquitoes you cant open windows , so you can do very limited ! And very far to walking and not easy recognized the road !

    A serene bush retreat, close to all the action of the Gold Coast but feels a world away.
    My children absolutely loved the pool and lagoon and we all loved the peaceful, bush location outside of the hustle and bustle. A wonderful retreat at the end of an action packed day.

    Overall, very enjoyable..The location is amazing.
    Breakfast was amazing. The location is very nice. Lagoon pool is amazing.
    Family rooms with double beds are not suitable for a family of 4. Two bigger people can not comfortably sleep in the same bed. The Cocktails at the bar next to the Lagoon pool can be a a bit better, and with the real ingredients used, instead of fake syrup.

    A lovely hotel for Nature lovers!
    We enjoyed the grounds because the hotel is immersed in natural surroundings as well as the lagoon although we could not use it for several days because of the storm. The staff was very polite and helpful in everyway!
    We wish there was some kind of entertainment in the evenings for the guests.

    Convienent location - definitely not value for money
    Great location
    The lagoon pool was closed, room service menu was the only thing on offer throughout the hotel and staff asked you to order cold foods only otherwise it would be a 1.5hr delay for food.

    Stayed in a far better for less cost
    Typical resort services, lovely pool and bar area and adjacent to sanctuary cove shopping and marina, good golf and friendly staff
    Dated, needs a face lift. Was expensive. Xmas is a busy resort time of the year but we had dinner at the terrace restaurant and it was half booked up by a kids Xmas party on a Saturday night. Really noisy - should have had their own function area

    Loved our stay at Intercontinental sanctuary cove . Rey relaxed
    Pool, room cleaning lady , food , atmosphere , calm , relaxed, buggy rides , view , family play area ,
    Room AC was inconsistent. It automatically dropping to the fan I think . It was muggy during the night . They messed up with the kids booking for breakfast and they were kept saying that we have to pay for kids breakfast.
