Fantastic location, great place to spend with the family.
Fantastic location, two bedroom apartments were great for a family, second bedroom was incredible small for two kids but was manageable.
Pillows were so lumpy and well pass their use by date.

My stay at Hotel Peppers was nothing short of excellent! From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccably clean and comfortable room, every detail exceeded my expectations. The staff's friendliness and attention to detail made my experience truly memorable. The hotel's central location, coupled with top-notch amenities, made it a perfect choice. It was all for show. Only cleaned the room once a week. Trash receptacles were too small. The sinks in the bathroom didnt have stoppers

Had a great time
Proximity to everything. The view and rooms were nice. Pools were clean.
Not enough shade around the pools. Need umbrellas. due to the heat we couldnt sit by the pool as long as we would have liked.
Sheets were grey. Didnt look or feel clean even after they were changed.
We didnt know that our friends would be staying in a different tower to us and we didnt have access to both buildings.
Reception couldnt assist with tour advice.
