    Excellent value for money, best houseboat location on Dal lake...
    Location of houseboat is premium, bang on front of lake. Boat was a bit old but comfortable and exceptional in terms of value for money.Owner was very helpful and provided us all the information, he even served us kashmiri veg food as I requested.Crossing lake through shikara is complimentary from houseboat. Would certainly recommend stay at this Houseboat, you can have clear front view of lake from boat.

    We had an amazing time at Iram houseboat The owner was very friendly and understanding. He made our stay extremely convenient. All facilities were available and the houseboat was well kept. Would love to return here.

    Faiz Ahmed our caretaker did good job in maintaining the property. Food was home cooked.
    Wifi services is not there Water issues due to freezing conditions. Very old houseboat.
