    Overly priced, low maintenance & hygiene levels
    Spacious villa and a beautiful sea view
    The villa needs A LOT of maintenance. The curtains are all so bad they all need replacement. Kitchen cabinets and master toilet cabinets were so fragile and some were crooked and not in place. Windows and glass doors were very hard to close and lock, we had to push sometimes from the top and sometimes from the bottom and push really hard just to be able to lock. The chair in the master bedroom was also damaged. The master toilet had no shower door, it seems like it was removed and not replaced by a new one. Worst of all, we found fake eyelashes stuck on the bedside table lamp, which shows that the housekeeping job wasn't done very well.

    Family friendly.
    Staff, Location (seafront, coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, spa...etc). I want to thank the management for their kind help and support on canceling my reservation for the remaining 3 nights and refunding me the remaining money without any penalty, because of the situation I faced that time during my stay.
    The value for money. Not comfortable during the time of the UAE National Day,since too much noise came from the main road (cars and bikes) even after 2am!!!! I couldnt sleep that night, which caused me to cancel my reservation for the remaining 3 nights. Therefore, I recommend anybody to reserve apartments with one or two bedrooms that are seafront and a little bit far from the Main street.

    The place wasnt hygienic, the toilets arent sanitary, the sheets arent clean. When I have seen the pictures of the hotel it was very different in reality, the balcony door doesnt shut off, the door isnt sound proof.
