The breakfast, the professionalism of the staff, the location, the quality of the rooms, the food at all the restaurants.
The swimming pool could be a bit better - more sun loungers and preferably it should be heated.

Great Location
Having stayed here previously, I knew the location would be good. Service was good too, especially the executive club staff. At breakfast when I asked for a particular juice (bitter gourd) I was told it was not available. Upon receiving the review, staff asked me if I wanted the juice they would make it for me. They did and it was spot on. Thank you.
The room was furthest away which, for me was a struggle with my disability. What was most distasteful was the rather unpleasant smell in the hallway leading to our room. Also, we could not relax by the pool at all due to the pungent and sewage like smell that was constant.
