Rooms are great, super clean and comfortable. All facilities were really well maintained. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is super accessible to most of Mumbai. There are some good restaurants in the compound.
Breakfast wait was too long, waited almost 30 mins until F&B manager took us to the executive lounge.

Great amenities for a short layover in Mumbai
Very close to the international terminal (less than a 10-minute drive without traffic); staff was friendly and helpful; beds were comfortable; great-sized bathtub and spacious bathroom with all amenities needed; nice pool.
Ordered room service for a very specific time but it arrived half an hour too early. The food was fine, but not fantastic.

Full price charged when aircon maintenance was being done
The aircon maintenance took place on the night we stayed there. The rooms had no ventilation. I am claustrophobic, I did let the hotel know that I would need a fan which they promised to deliver to the room. The fan never arrived. If you are doing aircon maintenance, you should close your hotel for that night or offer a refund to your customers. The room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy which we paid the full price for.

Great stay and exceptional staff
The facilities were top-notch. The staff was courteous. Location is quite close to the airport. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever experienced.
The price was a bit on the higher end, considering everything. The breakfast gets quite busy in the mornings so one has to really plan ahead.
