    I really like this hotel. It is near Zocalo, 20 minutes of walking. Not a premium neighbourhood but comes with local exp
    The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The complementary breakfast has good varieties.
    The rooms are dark, a little sunlight would make things good. The location is near Zocalo but can be little dirty.

    Ehh, pretty terrible.
    The staff was friendly
    The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. You can hear someone talking on their phone in the lobby from the room. EXTREMELY thin walls and door EXTREMELY loud. You can hear the front doors open from the room. This is no secret to the staff yet they allow people to hang out on the couches in the lobby at all hours of the night.

    Kali Ciudadela perfect location
    Location is nice. We walked a lot, central squares, Roma even Polanco were somewhat reachable by foot (as said we walked a lot), street seems to be a bit shady in the night but we had no problems. Gourmet San Juan market is in walking distance (5min) and other relevant things. Also public transport but we didn't use it. Staff is nice.
    Mattresse was hard as a stone. Especially considering we stayed 9 nights, my back hurt. Walls are thin as papers so if you have sleeping troubles think twice as there are some loud people at 7 am trying to catch breakfast. Considering we were in period with not many people it was ok, but in case there is a lot of guests, breakfast disappears, and it is very basic.

    Great location for historic city tour & mass transit
    Convenience to line 3 metro (note that line 1 Balderas station is currently closed) & street food vendors. Comfortable sized room & bathroom with plenty of electrical outlets & lighting. Enjoyed the in room coffee pot, filtered hallway water & lobby coffee options. Breakfasts were delicious, varied & plentiful.

    Walls are very thin and the street is very loud at night, you hear people talk on the hallway and in their rooms Apart from that it was fine

    Lovely clean room and bathroom, spacious wardrobe, and central location. They had beautiful Christmas decorations and some of the staff spoke English too. Lovely breakfast staff, I had a chat with the cute grandpa about the RBD concert I attended the day before and he started singing one verse, so cuuute!
    Breakfast fruits were off, had food poisoning the day I left! Not ideal on a long flight back to London :(

    The hotel was very clean, nicely appointed, spacious and professionally operated. A cut above the average, I thought. Decent location for local attractions. Good and varied breakfast options. Nice staff
    The general area was not outstanding. I wouldn't like to be out on some of the local streets after dark, but I expect that's true of the city in general. My Google Map gave us completely wrong directions to the Kali Hotel
