    8/10 because of the room.
    Breakfast buffet was amazing, the outdoor pool was the cherry on top. Kingsley restaurant just exceeded my expectations. Their service was amazing. The night we had dinner it was raining and we called reception to organise the golf cart.. Thanks for such a wonderful service.
    The room we had was clean but had a dump smell because of the thatch roof was leaking so the whole night the roof was leaking. Maintenance is needed in the rooms.

    Clean, comfortable and nice surroundings. But choose your timing well.
    Staff really tried their utmost best be friendly and do their jobs.
    Unfortunately, other guests do not know how to behave themselves.. Our neighbour had a party in his room with a lady friend or two, playing ultra loud music until the early hours. Next morning as we were leaving, passing the room, the door was open, and we noticed dozens of empty champagne and whiskey bottles strewn across the room. Also, dirty room service trays and empty shooter glasses etc laying all over. Poor lady who had to clean that up.. The breakfast buffet staff tried their best to serve the 'very important' larger than life ladies that flocked their way to breakfast by the dozens. They just could not manage to fill the dishes up quick enough for all the guest, as these ladies left with their plates heaped with food that made no sense for one person to consume by him/herself. I do not think that buffet meals are a good idea in certain establishments anymore. And sad to see that these apparent very wealthy people do not have any respect for the staff or other guests...

    Beautiful property, rooms can do with an updated look.
    Beautiful gardens and pool, very neat property Breakfast was good
    The rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. The shower wasnt clean, and its a terrible shower head. Takes quite a while to get the water temperature right because its two separate taps. The bathroom door is see through, so no privacy. The door got stuck 3 times while I was inside, I was unable to open it at all! Luckily my husband was there to assist from the other side.
