    Guests enjoyed a Valentine's stay at Kinnettles Hotel & Spa and appreciated the lovely reception staff. However, they were disappointed to find the restaurant closed and only discovered the bar open (Read More)the next morning. The upgraded Old Course room was a pleasant surprise, but the two single mattresses pushed together instead of a double bed were uncomfortable. Despite this, they still rated their experience 5 stars due to the free room upgrade.

    Great location, but mediocre facilities for a pricey spa hotel!
    Location, breakfast to an extent, large size room.
    No lift in the hotel, had to walk 3 flights of creaky stairs, unfriendly female staff member on arrival, drilling noise outside my window, bathroom door didnt lock or close properly, no kettle, the coffee maker was so loud noisy and took ages to pour hot water for tea, no phone to easily and quickly call reception, nauseating bath toiletries, nauseating ginger biscuits, expected a better selection! No skimmed milk!! I had to drink semi-skimmed milk. Breakfast hours should be from 7am not 8am.

    Lovely stay!
    Check in and out was easy. Details provided by the hotel in advance were good. Room was lovely and very comfortable with plenty of space. Loved all the little touches like a bathrobe and slippers as well as the coffee machine and kettle. Location is amazing - right in the center of St Andrews so within walking distance of all the restaurants etc as well as the beach. Breakfast was fab with a great selection of hot and cold buffet items.
    Tiny, tiny point... we couldn't find any milk for the tea/coffee in the room but we did find the biscuits! :)

    Beautiful and relaxing stay in a lovely hotel in me and my partners favourite town
    Amazing stay at an a beautiful hotel, we got our room upgraded to the beautiful new course room which was stunning, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite, we used the spa facilities which were first class and very relaxing
    The only thing that let our stay down was the chambermaid was very noisy first thing in the morning as the store room is next to our room, and she had a very rude manner
