    It was a very charming Inn.
    Breakfast was good, parking was easy, and the room was clean
    It would be nice to have additional blankets in the room and extra bath towels and washcloths.

    Always a better choice than chain hotels. Location in kittery is only a short drive to Portsmouth.
    Room, breakfast is much better than any continental breakfast offered any where.fresh homemade coffe cake, freshly boiled eggs, fresh choices for yogurt/cereal. Cozy space to eat. Coffee

    The front desk staff was awesome! I can't remember her name but she had long dark hair. She was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. The location was perfect.The breakfast was delicious!!
    There was an odor in the room. The linens were dingy and old. Under the bed appeared as though it had never been vacuumed.

    Great value, very clean, kind staff, convenient location!
    Entire property was clean and well kept. The breakfast was fresh and beautifully presented and again VERY clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very basic but was clean and well maintained. There isnt much to walk to but is an easy drive to some cute shops, the outlets, and bakeries. If you are up to a beautiful walk along the water make the 20 minute drive to Fort Foster in Kittery Point. We could have stayed there all day! Also a short 15 minute drive to Portsmouth.

    Get new beds please.
    This place was quite good HOWEVER, it defiantly needs a new bed and better lighting, the bed in this unit was terribly, more rattles than an old jalopy and extremely uncomfortable. Beds are the most important item in any accommodation.

    This is an old style motel with cabins. Everything is immaculate. Rooms clean, beds soft, great bath with plenty of hot water. Well groomed grounds. Small breakfast area in the lobby but a really great breakfast. Best coffee in Maine. Great value. good parking. Would highly recommend to others.

    Avoid, No sleep, noise and light
    where should I start... to be brief, the high points: noise, a lot of noise = no sleep (road noise - its like trying to sleep in the middle of a busy highway; ENCAMPMENT in the woods behind our unit - bonfire all night, sounds of power tools [to prepare firewood?], laughter and talking, FLASHLIGHT shining in windows all hours of the night; and, IMHO, the worst, I noticed the property management of the above in writing (text messages) and they did not bother to respond! ( could it be that they knew about the NOISE and ENCAMPMENT...
