The location is great for walking to nearby shops and restaurants. However, some guests experienced noise issues and had to log into the TV repeatedly. Overall, the hotel is clean and enjoyable with accommodating staff. Portsmouth is a charming town with plenty to do.

    Clean competent hotel, staff, nice facility and location. Great view of city and harbor
    Late night disturbance on our floor for an hour. Several calls to front end went unanswered. HOW secure is this in city hotel? AM coffee in room and lobby needs an upgrade in quality.

    It is Add an amazing location close to everything downtown Portsmouth. The restaurant food is outstanding. The bartender and the staff were exceptional.

    Room clean, bed comfortable
    Pillow could have a mix of soft and firm. Club was dark and cramped. No view. Web sight showed it overlooking river. It had no view.

    Very poor value for the price.
    Horrible little room in a wedge corner of the hotel. AC/Heating system noisy. Frig was so noisy it had to be unplugged. All this for $500 a night!!! Nuts.
