    I will stay there or the Downtown Residence inn every time I stay overnight in Portsmouth!
    This place was like being home. In fact if I were able to live there permanently, it would be so awesome. Thank you so much for such an awesome stay!

    What a wonderful place! Went to see the performer G.Love at the brewery and it was few minutes walk. The room was big, clean and well laid out.

    quite & private great getaway from my busy schedule
    where my room was located it was quiet & not far from stores
    to get to my room was quite a walk would have like for the exit parking lot near by

    we came to celebrate a friends 65th birthday w/exception of rain it couldnt have been more perfect.
    clean, spacious, comfortable beds, beautiful lobby, decent breakfast, close to downtown/shopping and the staff couldnt have been nicer.
