    BLOOD STAIN ON THE PILLOW CASE & INSIDE
    Nothing.
    Everything. There were lot of stains on the bedsheet. The worst is there was a blood stain on the pillow! The person in charge came to change the bedsheet and said the stain can't be removed even after wash. But the blood stain is on the pillow case and also on the pillow! I'm really sure they don't change the bedsheet and pillow case at all before the guest arrive. Kotor! Dirty & Dusty. They gave us another room which was also dirty. I was so tired, didn't want to cause trouble so I just let it. I will never stay here anymore. 130 including tax was not so cheap.

    the hotel i always check in whenever im in kuantan for work or leisure, this my 3rd or 4th since PKP
    I check out early around 6:00 am and the front desk never give me the receipt/invoice. i was in a hurry so I forgot to ask.
