Good location, good price but not returning again.
The location.
The rooms humidity is strong, with pungent smell. I requested for a change of room. The room door is heavy, it has to be pushed hard before completely locked, so it was noisy from other rooms!

My room was supposed to be a non-amoking room, but it still smelled with cigarette smoke.
Hotels corridor got cigarette smoke smell as well.

Overall a stay that is accommodating for the price point. It is worth it
Wish there was a variety of breakfast rather than a single selection each day but at least they made up by providing toasted bread to keep it simple. The location is close to TNB, even in a walking distance as well so that is a plus for anyone who travels for work in the nearby TNB.
Breakfast couldve been improved. WIFI coverage as well.. My room was situated in 312 so the WIFI does not reach well enough for me to do work. Would be nice if they provide a prayer room because the room is too small to do prayers in.

Insya Allah will stay here again when I come to Kuantan in future.
Room cleanliness is great.
Breakfast start at 7 am. I think it is late for me who have to go to Gambang for work at 8.30 am. Maybe breakfast can start earlier for example 6 am.
Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus, Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays, Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines.
