I did not ask for house keeping , hence I use the small towel to clean the table and floor , and I was charge 300THB , just for some dust remain on towel , felt like a ripped off

Highly recommend.
The stay was just splendid. The place is so new and clean. I love decorated style. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool was clean as well. Breakfast good. Parking for 7 cars but hotel has the 2nd parking opposite the hotel. Location good as well.

Nice Pool Good Stay
The hotel is nice, new, and clean. It is by the beach. There are 2 pools which are quite nice. The breakfast is cool.
The walls between rooms are too thin. You can hear the people next door and people form the corridors.

Great stay with massive room
The room was massive, including the bathroom. Comfy bed and helpful staff. The decoration is very cute. They really made the seaside area looks comfy - despite having no beach/muddy beach. Breakfast selection is quite good, considering the hotel size.
The beach is quite muddy and has lots of trash - nothing the hotel could do though

the breakfast is good. the pool was good!
in the room there were many mosquito, and the hallway is hot, no elevator. The wifi and Tv was not working, often off. The water (mineral) was inculded in mini bar, be careful!!

Generally speaking, All the facilities in the Kram just met my expectation. Why I have choose this hotel because I have be interested by their photos on the internet.
I have disappointed about the canteen there do not have Air-con and So many flies everywhere in there. I have seen some flies drown in the salad.
