The absolute 10!

Perfect central location, comfortable and warm room, always with hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Rich breakfast, coffees and water free of charge for guests 24 hours a day. Highly recommended!

Good place to stay in Amsterdam, accessible and convenient

Location: away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but still very accessible. Lots of attractions nearby as well. Toilet: Walk in toilet! Happy to have more space in the toilet despite the room being a "double" room only. Free coffee, water and some juice in the lobby. Staff: Pleasant, attentive and helpful. We asked for a hair dryer as ours stopped working and we got one the moment we return to the hotel. No questions asked. Thank you.

The square pillows. Maybe it's just us but it would have made a huge difference if it was the regular size pillow or the hotel size pillows.

Basic but fine.

The rooms were cosy and clean.

Shower in one of the rooms lacked a shower tray or threshold and all the water flooded the bathroom. Breakfast was terrible. Dry and crusty brie cheese that would have been out for hours even though my breakfast was at 7:30. No fresh milk was seen to add to tea and scrambled eggs were some of the worst I have ever encountered. They were overcooked and tasteless, general selection of breakfast items was poor. I didn't even bother having breakfast on my last day and went to a cafe instead.

Great location and good value

Property was very clean and staff was great. We had one of the basement rooms. As stated, the stairs are a bit tricky and I would not recommend them for any elderly travelers.

Good value for money and central to the city center.

Liked how cute and clean the room and bathroom was. Would recommend any day any time.

Didnt know I had to pay consumer tax when I arrived. But think the issue came from booking.com
