    Only 2 coffee pods were provided as part of the welcome package. Hotel does not provide more pods or replenish them even when the stay is multiple days.

    I recommend this hotel! The location was perfect! The rooms were spacious enough. They were clean and serviced every day. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and responsive! The breakfast was the best we have had in a long time! Extremely well selected and rich! We are fascinated! We would happily visit again!

    The best location. No hot water in the shower.
    The location of this hotel is simply spectacular. You go out and you are in the heart of the tourist center where there is everything (restaurants, shops...). Of course, this is the most positive point that this hotel has.
    To be a 4-star hotel, breakfast should have more variety (I've been to 3-star hotels with better breakfast). In addition, you have to be constantly asking them to bring products that are finished (it happened to me every day with milk and croissants). And the toaster is not the typical toaster you find in hotels. It is the same toaster that you find in your house, so the tails to toast the bread become eternal. But the worst thing about this hotel is that every day we have had to shower with cold water. The hotel's response to this problem? Shower a little earlier or a little later, because everyone showers at the same time and there is no hot water for everyone. Excuse me? Isn't there enough hot water in a 4-star hotel? It is the first time that in a hotel, in 44 years that I have, I have been given this answer. And finally, in our room, behind the curtains, we have found 4 days after our arrival, a package of coffee opened by the previous guest. The cleaning has not been 10.

    The location is ideal, right in the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The room was very warm. Overall a very good impression of staying at the hotel :)
    I didnt understand one thing, the room was booked for three and there were only two capsules for the coffee machine on the day of arrival and subsequently no more capsules were added and there was no kettle at all..
