The only problem we had was over surveying. Whilst we were there (2 nigjts) we were asked to fill out 6 written surveys about our experience and were asked regularly if we had feedback for them about various aspects of the service. It became invasive by the end.

Highly recommend satying here if you're visiting Hoi An!
The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is excellent! The location is great and the hotel offers shuttles to the old town. The breakfast had a great spread.
The breakfast is good but other food is average. We tried both lunch and dinner. Would recommend dining in the old town.

An absolutely memorable escape at La Siesta Resort and Spa Hoi An!
My recent one night stay at La Siesta Resort Hoi An was an absolutely unforgettable experience. In fact, it was hands down the best Hotel/Resort experience Ive had so far.
From the moment I arrived until the time I left, I was treated with exceptional hospitality from the hotel Managers as well as the entire staff team.
Upon entering the resort, I was immediately captivated by its stunning architecture and lush greenery. The serene ambiance and tranquil surroundings instantly put me at ease, making it the perfect retreat from the busy Hoi An downtown.
The staff at La Siesta Resort and Spa truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome at the Reception to the attentive service in their beautiful restaurants, either Redbean or The Temple. The dining options in both restaurants were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the attentive staff ensured that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Their professionalism and genuine care were evident at every turn. They were always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel sort of like a loyal yet so comfortable at the same time.
My original booking was a deluxe in classic Wing but I was lucky enough to have been upgraded to a suite in their brandnew Wing. The room I stayed in was a haven of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail in the interior design, fabulous taste in colors of paint on the walls, coupled with modern amenities, created a truly luxurious atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful nights sleep. The spacious bathroom with its indulgent bathtub and premium toiletries added an extra touch of indulgence.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at La Siesta Hi An Resort & Spa, and I must say, it surpassed our expectations in every aspect. Tucked away like a well-kept secret beside the Old Town, the resort truly felt like a peaceful haven.
The serene landscape, resembling a lush green island, provided an ideal escape from the busy city life. The staff's genuine warmth and exceptional service created an atmosphere that made us feel genuinely at home, and the culinary offerings were nothing short of exceptional.

Best Resort in Hoian Old Quarter
My wife and I stayed at La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa for just one night, but our experience left us thoroughly satisfied and wishing we could have extended our stay. This is a hidden gem nestled right next to the ancient town, resembling a lush green oasis. The resort boasts luxurious amenities that elevate the overall experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly, providing warm and welcoming service.
One highlight is the outstanding breakfast, offering a delightful array of options.
We are already planning to return soon for a more extended and indulgent stay. This hidden paradise has undoubtedly won our hearts.
