this hotel had amazing staff, they were so kind and nice to my children, I really liked it
The breakfast here was rich and had a huge selection, the food was tasty
The fact that the accommodation included entrance to all the parks for each day was exceptional and we enjoyed it very much
The hotel allowed us a late check out, which made us very happy as we have two small children and our flight was late in the evening
Housekeeping in this hotel was the worst I have ever encountered. We go to Dubai regularly, but I have never experienced such a big problem with cleanliness. Our room was poorly cleaned every day and was literally dirty. When we arrived, we bought some cookies in the cafe in the lobby for the children to eat in the room. Crumbs remained on the carpet and on the bedside table. the next day after cleaning, they were still on the floor and on the table, so I know that no one vacuumed or rubbed the excess. We received towels 2 times Dirty or burnt and we had to call the reception to have them replaced.Hair on the toilet seat and cleaning agent was constantly dripping in the shower, as if someone had not finished cleaning. During the entire stay, my bed linen was not changed, despite the fact that the pillowcase was visibly stained from make-up, there was even a hole in the sheet. My child just learned to crawl and I couldn't let him move around the room because no one vacuumed the carpet and the tile was so Dirty that the child had dirty hands and knees when he moved on the floor.The drain in the bathroom (washbasin and shower corner) didnt flow the water so we had to wait for the water to drain for an hour, otherwise the bathroom would be under water.
toilet flowed and didnt flush.When we called the reception one evening that we needed cutlery and clean towels, we called 6 times and no one picked up the phone. I have to go on my own.We waited for a 20 minutes before the man came with the towels and when I asked where my cutlery was, he said that he didn't know about anything and that I should call the reception. Again no one picked up - again I had to go downstairs. Wait 15 minutes again until someone brought the cutlery.I also didn't like the fact that at night around 11, when my children were already asleep, someone came knocking on the door and ring on the bell!They bring baggage somebody else and wake my children!

Amazing staff and very comfortable stay
Staff were very helpful and so kind , specifically during the breakfast buffet, the manager over there was helping us and serving our table by himself and was so keen to satisfy us ( Rajesh Valmiki Big thanks to you) , Also the chef overthere was so kind in supporting us as my daughter is sesame allergic , so he made for us especial plates by making sure no cross contanimation is there ( Thanks Sajeev). Front desk are so polite and helpful as we have the whole day to spend in legoland water park so they have granted us a late checkout ( Thanks Carmela) also i dont want to forget from the staff the one who helped us in buying some staff from tickets room as the item which we were looking for was out of stock in all shops in motion gate park and only 1 pc was left in the display in the hotel ticket room ( Thanks Shabeek) well done Lapita!

In the past, when you booked, they gave you full access to the parks. Now the new system is bad and does not serve the hotel for those who want to enjoy with their children. You choose the park on the days of your reservation and enter only once during the day.

Check in procedure took longer than expected. 30 to 45 min. I booked 2 rooms, 1 was ready. The other one was ready after 2 hours.
Rooms got cleaned late in the afternoon.

Our stay at Lapita resort is truly one to remember. First, its a little tropical oasis in the middle of arabia. Everything was perfect, the room was very comfortable, the staff very friendly, so many activities for the kids to do, they got excited for daily fish feeding. Walkable to all the parks. Room service was very good and reasonably priced.
