    High expectations from the description and images, shattered by reality.
    The property is conveniently located
    The photograph is deceptive as it suggests that this is the whole property which it is not - only to the left of the door. It also disguises the fact that it is next to a pizza takeaway an Indian restaurant and the access road to a pub car park. The decor is in need of urgent restoration and the carpets are dirty and worn throughout. It is lit by LED bulbs which are inadequate in the lounge and especially in the bathroom. The property was cold. Whilst the heating system can be controlled the temperature cannot. The electric fire in the lounge is merely an ornament and serves little purpose. The free parking is also an overstatement. Yes, the parking is free but spaces are severely limited given there is a takeaway, a restaurant, a pub and the general populous looking to park there.

    Lovely little cottage with good size bedrooms and bathroom. Kitchen is a fair size with plenty of room to cook and prepare food. Leaving the premise from the back door is the parking area and beer garden for Black Swan pub. Down the road is a Lidl, five minute walk. Simply perfect if you prefer either a pub meal or shop for your own pleasure.
