    The location
    The check in process is long, onerous and complicated. The agency managing the property were in effective and useless. 48 hours of phone calls and email requests to stop jack hammers and tiling in the apartment directly next door were ignored with a manager communicating with us only after the building works stopped after 5 pm. And the works continued the next day. We should NOT have been given an apartment next to building works which were not urgent. The works were cosmetic- lifting and retiling outside tiles. The issues continued throughout our stay. Uber drivers were not allowed to enter the marina complex making access to transportation difficult. The transport suggested by the apartment complex agents was extremely expensive. We requested 3 sets of keys as we were 3 adults occupying the 2 bedroom apartment. This was refused until I threatened to request a refund. Despite advertising a 24 hour concierge, during the 10 day stay there was NEVER any person physically in attendance at the desk in Lawhill Block A. The Wifi during load shedding was so slow it was unusable. The sliding doors to the ground floor outside patio did not have keys and could only be locked from the inside resulting in not being able to access the apartment from the inside of the complex. I will NEVER stay at Lawhill again. It was a complete waste of money and a terrible experience.

    The apartment is clean and the location is great.
    The reception team are the worst people. They don't listen and look down upon people.
